MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
This is a New Member Application Form
If you are mainly looking for Concession (404 or C4C) registration for your vehicle(s), then you have probably landed on the wrong page. We are a club for enthusiasts of the Falcon GT and people looking for the social benefits of being in a club - sharing good times with like minded people. As such, we require members to be active prior to approving a concession registration.
Applications are welcomed from anyone with a genuine Falcon GT or a passion for the marque. Please read the information below to assist in in making your application to join.
- FULL Membership - open to all genuine Falcon G.T. owners.
- ASSOCIATE Membership - open to any person or enthusiast who does not own a Falcon G.T. vehicle.
- PARTNER Membership - open to the partner of an existing club member either Full or Associate Member.
- COUNTRY - members residing outside the Perth Metropolitan area, as defined by Australia Post, shall be classified as Country Member and shall pay the same annual subscription as Perth Metropolitan Members.
Please Note:
- ALL new members are classified as Associate to begin with. To move to Full Membership please have your GT verified by a Club Vehicle Examiner.
- All applications must be approved by the Executive Committee for acceptance. Committee meetings are held on the second Wednesday after a club meeting. We recommend you get along to the next club meeting to meet the crew. Club meetings are generally the first Sunday of the month at Cusack Rd Malaga. Membership Fees:
- Joining Fee $50.00
- Annual Subscription $110.00
- Partner Annual Subscription Fee $30 (No joining fee required)
- Total fee for new members in their first year is $160 and then $110 per year thereafter. Partners just $30
